Group Psychotherapy

Support, connection, and growth in a shared therapeutic space.

Healing can feel lonely, but it does not have to happen alone.

Group therapy offers a safe, supportive space to connect with others who may be navigating similar experiences. Together, we explore patterns, build coping tools, practise new skills, and make space for honest conversation without judgement.

At Waves Psychotherapy, groups are trauma-informed, inclusive, and facilitated with care. The goal is not to pressure you to share before you are ready. The goal is to create a space where you can feel supported, understood, and less alone.

Healing the past so it stops living in your present.

Waves operates on the traditional territories of the Haudenosaunee, Anishinaabe, and Huron-Wendat peoples, and the home of the Métis Nation. This land is covered by the Dish With One Spoon Wampum Belt Covenant, an agreement to share and care for the resources around the Great Lakes. We are grateful to live and work on this territory and we honour the resilience and continued presence of Indigenous peoples across Turtle Island.
