About Nicole
Experience Across People, Practice & Systems
Nicole Pitt, MSW, RSW is a Registered Social Worker, psychotherapist, educator, consultant and ASL-English interpreter with more than 25 years of experience across mental health, social services, education and community settings.
Her background includes frontline social services, post-secondary education, curriculum and program development, leadership, accessibility work, sensory-informed environments and psychotherapy.
This multidisciplinary experience shapes the way Waves approaches consultation: looking beyond a single problem or perspective to understand the people, relationships, environments and systems surrounding it.
Services may be available in English and American Sign Language (ASL), depending on the project.

Do you offer virtual and in-person services? Yes. Virtual education and consultation are available, with in-person options depending on the project and location.
